Essential Coordination: - One-on-one meeting to review plans (2–3 weeks before event) - Final venue walk-through - Vendor communication & timeline distribution - Detailed event timeline (PDF format) - Unlimited email/text support (starting 1 month out) - Optional rehearsal coordination add-on - Day-of coordination (up to 8 hours) - Management of vendor arrivals, setup & event flow - Supervision of ceremony & reception - 1 lead coordinator + assistant (if needed)
